How consignment works
We sell your cards for you. You send them in. We check, clean, photograph and list every one, handle the buyers and the posting, and pay you once the buyer's money has cleared. The cards stay yours until they sell. Everything shows in your hub.

Post your cards

- Sleeves and semi-rigid holders. Your reference inside and on the parcel. Tracked and insured. The cards are your risk until we sign for them.

We check, clean and photograph

- Each card is inspected, safely cleaned where it helps, and photographed. We email you the received list.

- We recommend where and how each card sells. Cards go to auction from £1 with no reserve unless we agree a minimum with you in writing. Higher value cards are priced with you first.

Listed and sold

- We list, answer buyers, take payment, pack and post. Buyer problems are ours to handle.

- Once the buyer's money has cleared, we pay you. Every payout comes with a statement.
In your hub: Paid out to you. Statements under Payouts. Normally within five working days of cleared funds.
Sec. 03 · What it costs
Two rates. Nothing hidden.
- Cards sold below £1,000
- 10% of the card price
- Cards sold at £1,000 or above
- 7% of the card price

- Postage and marketplace fees
- At cost, no markup
Third-party costs are passed through at what they cost us and itemised on your statement. Sending cards to us is at your cost.

Sec. 05 · Questions
Questions.
Do I still own my cards?
Yes, until a card sells and passes to the buyer.
What do you take?
Autos, numbered cards, notable rookies, graded cards and anything with a real market of its own. Not base cards or bulk commons.
How do I send them?
Tracked and insured, to the address on your confirmation, with your reference inside and on the parcel. Hand delivery by appointment.
Where are they sold?
Mostly eBay, Card Hobby and direct to collectors. Whatnot, Fanatics, Goldin or Alt where a card suits them. The plan you approve says where.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes, agreed in writing before listing. Otherwise cards go to auction from £1 with no reserve.
What do you charge?
10% of the card price below £1,000, 7% at £1,000 or above, £2.50 minimum per card. Postage and marketplace fees at cost. Nothing else.
When am I paid?
Normally within five working days of the buyer's money clearing with us.
How am I paid?
To the bank or PayPal details in My details in your hub.
Do I get a statement?
Yes, with every payout. Download it from Payouts in your hub.
What if a buyer returns the card after I am paid?
You keep your money. The card becomes ours.
Can I get unsold cards back?
Yes, any time unless a sale has been agreed. Return postage is at your cost.
Can I bid on my own cards?
No. That is shill bidding. It breaks the agreement and marketplace rules.
Might you offer to buy my cards?
We may make a QuickOffer on any consigned card. Declining changes nothing. Accepting takes the card off the consignment with no commission.
Is there an upfront fee?
No. Commission only on cards that sell.
How do I follow progress?
Sign in to your hub with the email you consigned under.
Sec. 06 · If something goes wrong
What happens.
Fewer cards arrive than you sent
We email the received list as the parcel is checked in. Tell us straight away if anything is missing.
A card is not as described
Counterfeit, altered or misrepresented cards are not listed. We tell you why and return them.
A buyer disputes before you are paid
That sale waits until it is settled. We handle the buyer.
You change your mind
Ask for unsold cards back any time. Return postage is at your cost.
